Natural Flow Massage, located in the Kanto Lodge, serving you is
the most important thing we do. Your health, safety and well-being are our top priority.
As the Novel Corona-virus (COVID-19) begins to impact our community and daily lives,
We would like to assure you that we are monitoring developments very closely.
Massage room Extra safety measures
Upgraded cleaning schedule:
We will be cleaning and disinfecting all equipment thoroughly after each use.
This includes the regular cleaning of doorknobs, massage bed, and any other
surfaces or objects that are touched throughout the day.
We will wash hands when we arrive and leave for at least 20 seconds, and throughout the day before and after each Massage appointment.
Masks and gloves:
We wear a clean face mask, a face shield, and latex free gloves.
Hand sanitizer & disinfecting wipes:
These items will be readily available for your use throughout the room.
Sheets and towels:
We use clean washed face towels, towel sheets for each session.
Massage room Client prevention
We are in this together, and we need your help as we reopen to keep our massage room as safe as possible.
Questionnaire and Consent form:
We need to confirm your physical condition and situation. Please provide the questionnaire /Consent form before the session.
We will check your temperature upon arrival.
If you are not feeling well to have a session, please stay home and rest until you are feeling better.
(We will also be following this policy!)
Please send e-mail or call reception prior to your appointment if you are experiencing flu like symptoms. We are taking all measures to reduce the risk for everyone in our community and your adherence to this would be much appreciated.
If you have an underlying illness, consult a doctor and obtain approval before receiving massage therapy.
Please wash your hands (up to your elbows) or use hand gel before a session.
During the session, please wear a face mask.
when returning from an overseas location, please make your appointments after their ROM quarantine period is completed.
Clients understand that this business and the massage therapist cannot be held liable for any exposure to the virus or any other contagion caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client.
Also, Client release the massage therapist from all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19 .
Cancellation, No- show, and Rescheduling policy:
Cancellations, re-scheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice and No-show will be charged full cost of the massage service.
Should the necessity arise to make changes to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, this will allow for time to potentially fill the appointment with another client.
If the cancelled /rescheduled appointment is filled by another client, the fee will be waived.
